Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates will create an agricultural joint venture supplying products via Iranian ports

Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates will create a joint venture that will supply Kazakh agricultural products to the countries of the Persian Gulf through Iranian ports. This was announced today, August 7, by the press service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, the corresponding agreement was reached at the negotiations between the head of the Kazakhstani department Serik Zhumangarin and representatives of Abu Dhabi Ports.

As expected, the joint venture will supply agricultural goods from Kazakhstan from the port of Kuryk to the countries of the Persian Gulf through the Iranian ports of Amirabad and Bandar Abbas.

“The new route opens up unprecedented opportunities for Kazakh exporters: three days through Iran with access to the Iranian ports of Amirabad, Bandar Abbas, Bandar Khomeini, Chabahar,to the ports of the UAE Khalifa, Fujairah and further to all ports of India, Pakistan, the Far East, the east coast of Africa ", - added to the press service.
