OPEC+ countries produced 37.03 million b/d of oil in June, while under the terms of the agreement they could extract 39.57 million b/d, analysts of the International Energy Agency (IEA) calculated.

Thus, the backlog from the plan for the past month amounted to 2.55 million bpd. By May, the countries of the alliance had increased oil production by 70,000 barrels per day.

Thus, the production of the OPEC countries participating in the agreement in June amounted to 23.79 million barrels per day, which is 1.63 million barrels per day less than the plan. Non-OPEC countries last month produced 0.92 million b/d below the allowed level - 14.92 million b/d (13.24 million b/d excluding Mexico - IF ).

The IEA emphasizes that oil production by the alliance's leading producers, Saudi Arabia and Russia, remained stable last month at 9.98 million b/d and 9.45 million b/d, respectively. The organization notes an increase in supplies from Iraq and Nigeria - up to 4.17 million bpd and 1.24 million bpd, respectively, which partially offset a slight decrease in other countries of the alliance.
