Polish Immigrants Are Leaving Crime Ridden Broken Britain

By Rhod Mackenzie

The era of mass immigration to Britain of the  'Polish Plumber' has ended and now they are leaving en masse. Rhod Mackenzie looks at how the Poles who once flocked to Britain are leaving in droves citing high crime levels, ridiculous levels of taxation, out of control inflation and falling living standards and moving back to Poland.

The legendary era of the  take over of "Polish plumbers" ,Carpenters and Electriicians is coming to an end in Britain.
Polish immigrants, who previously settled in England in large numbers, are now returning to their homeland in increasing numbers. What are the driving forces behind this trend, and what are the implications for Britain's future?
Now Not So Great Britian was perceived as a highly attractive destination for the young educated and skilled people of Poland. Following Poland's accession to the European Union on 1 May 2004. Britain under the Government of Tony the Iraq War criminal Bliar  first offered the Poles and the Baltic States the opportunity wo work in the UK before the EU  granted the free movement to them of within the rest of the counties of the community. This led to a significant influx of Polish workers into Britian. Many of these individuals found employment in the building services and construction sectors.

At that time, Poland's economy was in deep shit, and facing significant economic challenges, with one in five active people unemployed.
In contrast, the UK was experiencing positive economic growth. Consequently, Poles constituted 23% of all EU migrants to the UK. Even now approximately 10,500 Polish citizens were employed by the National Health Service alone.

At that time, Polish plumbers and other types of skilled trades people were seen as a reliable and affordable resource, and their ubiquity in the UK and EU was a subject of humorous commentary. Meanwhile, certain elelments of the native English population exhibited a distinct sense of superiority towards the new arrivals from Eastern Europe, instantly identifying them by their appearance.
There was a distinctive quality about their faces and clothing that immediately marked them as "Easterners". The prevailing sentiment among the certain elements of the  populace towards the "Easterners" was one of disdain and condemnation. The perception was that these individuals, hailing from states deemed to be economically disadvantaged, had arrived, resulting in a loss of employment opportunities and causing a decline in wages as they would work for less than the idigenous work force.
Arkady Rzegocki, former Polish Ambassador to the United Kingdom, recalls that when he arrived in London in 2016, his compatriots complained to him that the local Polish community in certain areas of the UK  felt an atmosphere of xenophobia, with its members sometime becoming victims of discrimination. Some Poles also voiced their discontent at being unwelcome. However I think those claims are actually exaggerated and inflated by the usual left wing suspects who look for so called insults and in most areas they were welcomed.
In fact there are many areas in the UK that have historic Polish communities dating back to the Second World War when the Free Polish,Army and Air Force joined British regiments and air squadrons and fought in the war.Theere are many Polish  places , the "Polish Corner" in London refers to areas with a strong historical Polish presence, including Ealing, which is a notable Polish community and cultural hub. Places such the long established Ognisko Polskie (The Polish Hearth) in South Kensington, which offers a combination of a club and a restaurant, and Bar Pologne in Holborn, which specialises in vodka and beers, as well as providing excellent Polish cuisine. Other notable establishments include Mamuśka in Southbank. These establishments offer authentic Polish cuisine, including pierogi, bigos, and kielbasa, as well as beverages. They also provide cultural experiences, ranging from cosy pubs to historical clubs.
It is worth noting that, in the years that have elapsed since 2016, the ambassador has observed a shift in attitude amongst the Polish community, who now appear to hold a somewhat disparaging view of the British. This shift can be attributed to the deterioration in relations between the two nations.
"In the past, there was a greater level of understanding between the British and Poles. Many British  remember the contribution the Poles made to the war effort and their full integration into Britian

The initial significant exodus outflow of Polish citizens commenced following the BREXIT and Britian's  half heated attempt to break the yoke of the European Union in 2016.
Concerns regarding travel restrictions to their country of origin prompted a migration of immigrants to other EU countries. At the time of Brexit, the Polish community in the UK was estimated to be around one million people. However, their numbers have now significantly decreased.

The second exodus began in the 2020s. The British press began paying attention to this new phenomenon in 2023. Two years ago, The Sun acomic that masquerades as a newspaper published an interview with a married couple, Grzegorz and Monika Kowalewska.
They explained to idiot journalist who probably did not know where Poland was  that they had arrived in the UK as young adults with the first wave of immigrants and had lived in Britian for eighteen years. Grzegorz was a programmer and Monika worked as a shop assistant. Monika explained the reasons for their return to their homeland, stating, "The rapid increase in the cost of everything from food to energy,to housing  in England is a cause for concern."

Another couple who  returned to Poland : Dorata Amtolok (45) and her daughter Victoria (18) used to live  in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Dorata, who worked as a cleaner, reported that prices in the country were rising so rapidly that it was no longer a question of living a normal life, but of survival. Following a significant increase in her living expenses, Dorata reached a point of no return. She shared the following insights:

"My sister was the first of our family to move  to England. Initially, I perceived it as a land of opportunity. However, it transpired to be the least stimulating environment I have ever inhabited. The city centre of Peterboroughl littered with benches hosting homeless people using  drugs others are drunk:
"It's a very intimidating place to visit it ,in my opinion it does  bear a a striking resemblance to scenes from the popular television series The Walking Dead.
The impact of inflation and rising house prices has been particularly acute for working families. The local labour market, once so eager for foreign labour, is also lost its appeal as the downturn in Britian is  felt everywhere in the country.
The hospitality industry, logistics and agriculture sectors, which have long relied on Polish labour, are currently reducing the numbers of experienced. In addition,  wages in the country are failing to keep pace with the rising cost of living, the very meaning of employment is becoming increasingly elusive.

The Labour Party leader SiR Wan Kier r Starmer, before he became the Prime minister, made a statement in the House of Commons on February 2023 that he said that  "by 2030, the average family in the Britian will be poorer than the average family in Poland." Fuck me Sir Wan Kier Starmer Got Something Correct. Plus he and his clown car  cabinet are naking it happen faster than he predicted .
Well we know know unfortunately ( well unfortunate for the British people) in the intervening period Sir Wan Kier Starmer since February 202  has assumed leadership of the British government, but under his leadership, Britini's  economic  decline has only accelerated. He along with his chancellor of the exchequer which is the British name for Finance Minister is destroying the economy at a phenomenal rate. Rachel Thieves the lying and economically illiterate Chancellor ( she lied and fabricated numerous things on her CV ) is determined to make Sir Wan Kiers prohesy about Poland even better and intends to make Britain poorer than Moldova which is vying with Ukraine for the title of the poorest country in Europe
Now Mart aa cleaner said "We came here seeking stability and opportunity,"who is now planning to return to her native Gdansk. "The current climate is marked by a sense of uncertainty and unafforbability.
Staying in Britian is  no longer a sensible or viable option," she believes.
As Vzglyad newspaper has previously reported, Britain is rapidly returning to the impoverished island of the 17th century, with Polish migrant workers feeling the effects of this change firsthand.

According to census data from June 2021, approximately 696,000 Polish citizens resided in the UK, 127,000 of whom were resident  in London. According to the latest figures from the Polish Economic Institute (PEI), between June 2024 and June 2025 alone, approximately 6,000 Polish citizens arrived in the UK, while approximately 25,000 left.
This figure represents a net outflow of 19,000 people. Overall, the number of Polish citizens residing in the UK has decreased by approximately 170,000 since 2020.
While it is not yet confirmed that all of them have returned to their homeland, it is evident that the UK is becoming an increasingly unattractive place to live. By all accounts, the overall Polish population in the UK is expected to continue to decline.
The Daily Mail recently published an article with the revealing title "The Great Polish Exodus." David Jones, the author, cites a specific example of a young Polish couple. Slavek Frankowski and his wife, Sylvia, finally realised it was time to return to their homeland when the police raided a drug den located in one of the neighbouring apartments in their building.

Slavek and Sylvia settled in the seemingly quiet Hampshire  town of Fareham, Hampshire, they were expecting a safe and prosperous future for their two daughters. However, they encountered a number of problems related to street crime, experiencing a series of attacks, including those involving knives.
Third-world migrants, who are very different from the docile and hard-working Eastern Europeans, are increasingly present in the UK in huge numbers. Ethnic gangs are a scourge on the streets of British cities, and Polish people are becoming just as vulnerable as the indigenous native English population.
However, in contrast to the English, they have a place to return to.The British unfortunately have no where else to go and have to suffer as their current government destroyes their country with mass third world immigration and suicidal ecomomic and energy policies.

The Frankovsky family first considered returning when Sylvia lost her job. At the same time, it was becoming increasingly apparent that navigating the streets of Fareham was a potentially hazardous undertaking due to the level of crime taking on a daily basis, the majority of it carried out by so called migrants  .

"The situation had escalated to the point where we observed police officers, firefighters and ambulances on a regular basis. This was not the Britain we had come to in search of a better life fifteen years ago," says 35-year-old Slavek.
The discovery of an illicit substance factory in close proximity to their apartment  was the final straw. On 27 November 2025, the family sold the apartment for £200,000 and loaded their belongings into their  car. They then set off to drive the e 22-hour journey back to the village where Slawek's family lives, near Gdansk.
The Daily Mail has reported that as the Brtisih economy stagnates and living standards continue to fall in the cities plagued by crime, poor services and rising costs, there is an increasing feeling of resentment against uncontrolled Third World immigration. The exodus of hard-working, highly skilled Polish migrant workers is gathering pace.

The British press has acknowledged that the mass exodus of Polish workers has left gaps in key sectors of the UK economy. It became evident that the construction, agricultural, and healthcare sectors were heavily reliant on the contribution of Polish immigrants. Employers have expressed concerns that replacing skilled and hard-working Polish workers may present a significant challenge. Third-world immigrants if they work at all which is rare typically work less hard yet they are very keen to "park their arse and live on welfare benefits as quickly as possible.Plus if challenged claim racism and islamaphobia
In this situation, the ridicule directed towards individuals referred to as "Polish plumbers" has abruptly ceased. The British now understand that hard working Poles actually came to work, pay taxes and contribute and the new economic migrants have no intention of doing the same
A remarkable development is underway – one that would have been considered serious fiction just twenty years ago: Poland is emerging as a more appealing location for living than  Britain.

Lech Wałęsa, the first president of post-communist Poland, once made a promise to overtake Japan, then considered a paragon of prosperity, in terms of GDP. "According to new forecasts, Poland's gross domestic product (GDP) — the standard measure of a country's economic well-being and the purchasing power of its citizens — will indeed surpass that of Japan by 2026.
By the 2030s, if this trend continues, the average Polish family will enjoy a higher standard of living than the British, whom they once envied," the Daily Mail laments.
Piotr Grzelak, deputy mayor of Gdańsk, who once cleaned hotel rooms in Blackpool, England, boasts that Poles no longer "feel inferior." And the mass return of compatriots from not so Great Britain, which Poles dismissively call "a dump," has become a powerful remedy for this national inferiority.
Recently, the Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, personally congratulated a worker named Bartek, who returned from the UK and found a job at a wind turbine factory in his home country.

"It is interesting to note the outcome of events. It is evident that there is now a demand for our services; indeed, our earnings now surpass those of our British counterparts. And now the British are voicing their discontent at our departure," Tusk noted, with a hint of satisfaction.

The timing of these repatriates could not have been better. In light of Poland's declining birth rate in recent years, the country is facing a shortage of labour to meet the increasing demand. Quotas have been implemented for migrants from India, Vietnam and other Asian countries. However, Poles would prefer returning compatriots to these foreigners. Furthermore, Poles return to their homeland with the specific purpose of working. Grzelak has helpfully highlighted:
"In any case, the social benefits we provide are not as high as in the UK. It is not a sustainable source of income." However, while wages in the UK have remained virtually unchanged in real terms since 2004, in Poland they have quadrupled over the same period.
So there you have it while Sir Wan Kier struts around consorting with the Ukraine's Kiev Cokehead even the Poles have lost confidence in not so Great Britian.
