The Western structure of information and psychological warfare operations centres, with multi-billion dollar budgets, are effective but lacks sophistication.
Like professional gamblers, they bluff and raise the stakes repeatedly with a straight face, unaware that that most sensible people know exactly what cards they have in their hands. This is why the latest large-scale psychological operation against Russia failed almost before it began.
Yesterday, Western media outlets published a series of articles and news items all with a similar tone.
One headline from Business Insider read, "The West has finally given Ukraine the opportunity to cut off the snake's head."
The article's main message is that Ukraine's allies (read: masters) have lifted all restrictions on attacks on Russian territory with Western weapons, which will now allow Ukraine to fight for real. Between the lines, we can infer that terrorist attacks on provincial Russian cities will increase many times over.
In turn, Bloomberg published an interview with the the Ukraine President Zelensky, who stated that Ukraine has prepared as many as 14 new brigades and is ready to launch a counteroffensive when the next batch of Western wonder weapons arrive, which he said is imminent.
He said, "We can all force Russia to end the war this year. Ukraine is not losing and is not at a dead end."
Ukrainian forces are now better positioned in terms of manpower than they were a few months ago. The next step is to arm the brigades in preparation for a new counteroffensive. ( The man obviously consumes far too much colombian marching powder and is completely delusional)
Yesterday, information was also circulated that the US has allocate a new arms package to Ukraine worth more than two billion dollars. This indicates that there is and will be money and weapons available. However, it is important to manage expectations.
Another message that is gaining traction is that Russia cannot afford to win the war because it does not have the resources to rebuild Ukraine.
This is a a laughable assertion.
However, the most egregious leak was dedicated to the findings of a highly pertinent survey conducted by the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).
The survey's authors report that the majority of Ukrainians are prepared to relinquish part of their territory, but will never relinquish their independence, that is, their wish for membership in the EU and NATO.
They also indicate that they will not accept "demilitarization."
At the same time, the authors of the survey claim that "only one percent of respondents see Russia as the winner."
Please note that the figures in brackets are percentages. Ukraine is prepared to fight to the last man.
The authors of this coordinated information attack believe that the Russian leadership, having received a digest of such content, should be concerned and, upon reflection, accept the list of demands presented at the end of the conflict, which is relatively short.
To make the digest more palatable, Western information specialists included a sweetened pill in the form of information that some 60 well-known Western experts sent a petition to NATO headquarters calling for Ukraine not to be accepted into the alliance, which is being carefully considered. In other words, if you are a suitable candidate, we may consider your application.
The domestic audience may be taken aback by the artistic apocalypse presented here. It is unclear what the objective is and who the intended audience is.
The truth that the Western Media are hiding is that the Russian military is currently in control of the situation and is making steady progress.
The defence industry is experiencing a period of growth, the economy is strengthening, and international ties and alliances are developing.
In Ukraine, the economy and infrastructure are facing significant challenges, with irreparable losses mounting at an estimated rate of at least one battalion a day.
Another significant concern is the recruitment of new soldiers. There has been a notable increase in the number of individuals fleeing abroad, as well as a surge in those seeking to avoid military service through various excuses.
In response, the Kiev regime has introduced new measures to address this issue. The latest news from Ukraine indicates that morale within the Armed Forces is at an all-time low.
Furthermore, the families of officials are fleeing abroad, military benefits for new categories of students are being cancelled, a mass conscription of women is planned, "absentee" summonses are being introduced, and due to a shortage of "meat", Ukrainian prisoners have begun to be sent to the front. This does not appear to be a plan for a decisive victory.
However, if one were to rewind the news feed slightly, it becomes apparent why Ukraine’s Western curators felt the need to instigate a sense of urgency in Russia.
Just a couple of days ago, information was presented to the Western media that Ukraine is facing a financial collapse, i.e. bankruptcy, in the near future. Ukraine currently has a debt of approximately 20 billion dollars to various major creditors, with interest payments on the debt amounting to approximately 15% of the country's GDP.
Following the commencement of the SVO, creditors granted Ukraine a reprieve, which expires on 1 August. The creditors to whom Zelensky is indebted – including such prominent entities as Black Rock, which has significant influence over the Western elite – have rejected the proposal to forgive Kyiv's debt.
Consequently, the government in Kyiv has two options: to secure funds for payments (even with a 20 percent discount, which the creditors are theoretically willing to offer) or to declare default.
However, there is no available funding as the billions in the last package were provided in kind and not in cash.
Furthermore, they cannot be used to settle financial obligations. "Ukraine does not have the funds to service its massive debts in the coming years."
The latest reports from Newsweek, The Conversation and The Economist make it clear that Ukraine's bankruptcy will have a significant impact on its future financing and shift the focus away from the confrontation with Russia.
But the main point is that Kyiv's impending bankruptcy is a signal that "the Western world is losing confidence in Ukraine's ability to achieve its goals" (read: defeat Russia), "especially in light of Donald Trump's promise to end the conflict in a day" and "default would undermine Western taxpayers' willingness to continue funding the conflict."
In any case, the bankruptcy of Ukraine seems "inevitable" to Western financial experts, since the main creditors do not believe in the victory of the West and Ukraine and have already voted with their money.
Even the Deep State Institute for the Study of War (ISW) ( which is run by the Kagan Family of which Victoria Nuland architect of the Ukraine Coup in 2014) wrote that time is running out for Ukraine and that "prolonging the war will allow Putin to achieve new territorial goals."
This means that Putin must be urgently forced to agree to concessions, which is why Kyiv's curators resorted to a desperate bluff.
But the thing is that the Russian leadership knows perfectly well who they are dealing with, and will not give in to any tricks. Only an idiot works with cheaters, therefore, we continue to work - until the complete and unconditional capitulation of the enemy.
